Wilcraft takes an ice fishing vehicle to an entirely new level; there are 4 aspects of the sport Wilcraft greatly improves upon. They are: Easy Access, Convenience, Mobility, Safety, Extended Season, and Comfort.
All of your gear is in the vehicle, set up and ready to go. Just step in and drive. Never before has ice fishing been this easy and effortless. Regardless of one's physical ability, Wilcraft offers independence. All of your gear is in the vehicle, set up and ready to go. Just step in and drive. Safety
It Floats. If it should break through it’s very stable in the water and has the unique ability to can climb back onto the ice. Our winters have been getting warmer and we are seeing thinner ice. We are also experiencing mid-winter thaws and re-freezes- this ruins the integrity of the ice. Needless to say, more and more folks are breaking through with their cars, trucks, ATVs, and on foot. The cost can be significant- loss of vehicle, loss of equipment, and extraction fees. Of course, a more tragic outcome is the loss of life (On average, 50 deaths a year in the US). This doesn’t have to happen anymore. There is now a safer option.
Extended season
We designed the machine to have light footprint, so we don’t need as much ice as traditional equipment. Wilcraft owners can be on the ice weeks before others, and on late ice, weeks after they’ve thrown in the towel for the season. Early and late ice is the most desirable time to be on the ice as fish are most active. This feature alone offers true value for their investment.

My dad, John Martinson, was one of the first guys lucky enough to own a Wilcraft. His involvement with adaptive sportsman put him in touch with the inventor, and without this machine, I don't think he would risk going out on hard water. Ever since his accident, which left him confined to a wheelchair, he would always otherwise pass on the ice fishing season.
I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for giving him a tool to pursue an old passion! This machine virtually eliminates a risk that would keep him locked up in a house if you guys never came up with this idea. It gives him freedom, even in the dead of winter!

I am 71, live in upstate New York and am on my second Wilcraft. I absolutely love ice fishing, look forward to it all year long and could go on for pages and pages about my Wilcraft adventures. You know sometimes when you run across something that gets you so excited, you can’t wait to share it with someone because you know what the reaction is going to be? Next to fishing in this incredibly engineered and crafted machine, I enjoy sharing it with others nearly as much. Simply put, there is no easier, faster, safer, more reliable, more productive or more fun way to icefish in vehicle than a Wilcraft. Period. You will not find a person that is more dedicated to achieving a superior design, building a quality product and following up a sale with friendly, professional and timely service than Tom Roering. Period.

Went out this afternoon from the Deseronto boat ramp, went further out than should have but wanted to check out the pack ice out in the channel. Was 350 yards out, maybe 100’ into the pack ice. All seemed sound and thought I would auger a hole, drilled maybe an inch and the entire area let go, so now I am floating, ounce my heart left my throat start for shore, broke ice for 75’ before I found ice solid enough to climb out. Approximately 250’ off shore there is another area of pack ice straight out from the ramp, stopped there and spudded the area around me- chucks of ice were held together by less than 1 1/2” of ice. Stay safe everyone even though it may look safe, no ice is safe right now. My Wilcraft saved my life today! Love my Wilcraft
